Julie II Model

This is our Julie II Model. This model offers 3 or 4 bedrooms, 2 story foyer, formal dining room and a sunroom. The fireplace adds charm to the living room and there is an option to have built-ins around it for decorations and equipment. The Mudroom, Laundry and Pantry are located right by the garage entry door, to facilitate bringing in groceries and other purchases. The second floor has an open balcony to the foyer and to the living room (only to foyer if the 4th bedroom is added).
